With over seven years of experience in recruitment, Joseph has specialised in healthcare recruitment throughout his career. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including developing an internal recruitment strategy for a nursing home group, which enabled him to recruit both nationally and internationally for nursing roles.
In May 2022, Joseph founded Royal Blue Consultants to combine his clinical knowledge and recruitment experience to improve the process of matching healthcare professionals with roles in both nursing and psychiatry.

Harry joined the business in partnership with Joseph in September 2022 having worked in the financial services industry for 3 years.
With over two years experience in recruitment, Harry leads the Mental Health division at Royal Blue working with the some of the UK’s leading private hospitals and outstanding independent practices.
Harry has a first class degree in international business, finance and economics from The University of Manchester and is a part qualified ACCA accountant.
