With over seven years of experience in recruitment, Joseph has spent the majority of his career specialising in healthcare recruitment. His expertise spans across various settings, including establishing an internal recruitment strategy for a small nursing home group, which allowed him to engage in both national and international nursing recruitment.
In May 2022, Joseph founded Royal Blue Consultants to leverage his extensive clinical knowledge and improve the process of finding new roles for healthcare professionals within nursing & psychiatry.
Joseph leads the Nursing Home division and plays a key role in the Mental Health sector of the business, helping supply great prospects in psychiatry.

Meet Harry Hardy, Director at Royal Blue Consultants.
Harry joined the business in partnership with Joseph in September 2022 having worked in the financial services industry for 3 years.
With over two years experience in recruitment, Harry leads the Mental Health division at Royal Blue working with the some of the UK’s leading private hospitals and outstanding independent practices.
Harry has a first class degree in international business, finance and economics from The University of Manchester and is a part qualified ACCA accountant.
